Kids & Family Area

At CrossFit Incite, we understand that finding time to work out can be challenging for busy parents. That's why we've created a dedicated Family Area inside our gym, giving parents a convenient place for their children while they attend class.

Unlike many gyms, our Family Area is available during all class times, allowing families the flexibility to train when it works best for their schedule.

The Family Area is located within view of the workout floor, making it easy for parents to keep an eye on their children while participating in class. It is designed for children who are able to occupy themselves independently and follow gym safety rules.

Family Area Guidelines

To help maintain a safe environment for everyone:

• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Children must remain in the designated Family Area.
• Children are not permitted on the workout floor, equipment areas, or mats during class.
• Children should be able to follow directions and play safely without staff assistance.
• Respectful behavior is expected so all members can enjoy their workout.

Our goal is to make fitness accessible for families while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for members of all ages.
