• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Children must remain in the designated Family Area unless accompanied by a parent.
• Children are not permitted on the workout floor, equipment areas, or training mats during classes.
• Children should be able to occupy themselves independently and follow directions without staff assistance.
• Please help us maintain a respectful, clean, and welcoming environment for all members.
