Shaun

Shaun is a former owner of CrossFit Incite and continues to be a huge part of the Incite community. If you've ever taken a class with Shaun, there's a good chance the workout didn't end when the clock stopped. He's the unofficial leader of the famous "7 Minute Abs," gathering anyone willing to stick around after class for a little extra work and a lot of fun. Shaun's energy, humor, and love for the community have been part of Incite for years.

Leah

Leah is a former owner of CrossFit Incite and has played a huge role in making Incite the community it is today. Although she's no longer an owner, she remains an important part of the Incite family and the community she helped build. Her history with the gym, friendships with our members, and love for Incite continue to make her a special part of who we are.
