If you are brand new to CrossFit, you will have to go through 5 sessions with a trainer before you will be able to attend a regular CrossFit class. These 5 sessions are what we call our “Ramp Ups” and they will either be one on one or small group classes. The amount of people in the class will just depend on how many new members we have signed up for that week. The ramp ups will help teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit as well as how our gym and classes are run.
Being brand new, you will get an incredible amount of knowledge on the main lifts that we regularly program at the gym and you will feel more confident when the time comes to join the regular classes. Once you finish the 5 ramp up sessions, you will have a way better understanding of what your body is supposed to do and will be able to implement everything that you have learned when you start the regular classes. There are no set times for the ramp up classes. We figure out what days and times work best for you and then match you with a trainer.
