We perform constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity, all done in a supportive group environment. No matter your age or level of ability, the CrossFit program is designed to be scaled to allow the average individual to perform side by side with the elite athlete.
Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

At CrossFit Incite, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, tractor tires, battle ropes, open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. We are a community that supports and motivates one another to reach new fitness goals and set new standards for ourselves each and every day. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)
WOD’s entail constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. All functional movements include 3 modalities; mono structural (running, rowing, biking, etc.), gymnastics and weight-lifting. This is our GPP program (General Physical Preparedness) designed to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains while improving CrossFit’s 10 general skills; Cardio-respiratory endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy.
