The focus will be on the following Olympic-style lifts: Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body.
You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.

We all start somewhere. In CrossFit, it is common to have workouts incorporate Olympic weight lifts, such as the Snatch. Come learn the basics, fine tune your technique, and become confident in the lifts so you can SMASH the WOD!
Once you learn the technique, clean up your form, and are comfortable with the lifts, we will start to add weight to the bar. You will see direct results from all your hard work.
