Trainer Bio

Growing up in competitive sports (Baseball, Lacrosse, Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding and Football) I was introduced to different types of “training”. In college I studied Exercise Physiology and got more into weight training. I was a regular gym rat going 5+ days a week for years. Additionally, I focused on triathlons for a few years and completed numerous distance triathlons from sprints to ½ Ironmans. I was introduced to Crossfit in Oct. 2013. Instantly I knew I had found what I was looking for. I love being competitive with our amazing community, but also against myself. There’s nothing better seeing the results and improvements in WOD’s over time.  Now I enjoy, of course Crossfit, Coaching, Mountain Biking and other types of challenges (GORUCK). I have a wife and two beautiful daughters.
