An active lifestyle has always been important to me. I play a variety of sports and enjoy the outdoors. I would go to the “normal” gym 5-6 times a week and create my own workouts. After years of using all the machines, free weights, and the dreaded treadmill, I decided I needed something more! I started CrossFit in September of 2014, and instantly fell in love. The types of workouts I saw in CrossFit pushed me to limits I didn’t even know I had, and that’s exactly what I wanted. It made me a better person and allowed me to have a way to measure myself and see my progress. The CrossFit community is amazing! People are constantly cheering you on to do your best and helping you through hard workouts. I love that! It’s such an uplifting atmosphere. After my first week of doing CrossFit, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of for the rest of my life. I decided to coach and coaching has brought my love for CrossFit to a whole new level. I love sharing this with people and helping them become more active so they can fully enjoy life!
