CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that performs constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity, all done in a supportive group environment.  CrossFit emphasizes functional movements, because they mimic the strength you need to carry out daily tasks (squats, lifting over your head, etc).  

Targeted Training

Each class starts with a warm up, followed by either skill or strength work.  We will then proceed to do a WOD (workout of the day), followed by a cool down and ending with a stretching session.
