CrossFit Kids Camp is a new program offered at Crossfit Incite that encourages health, strength and community with the youth. Families are an integral part of our box, and we are so excited to be able to start encouraging families to come and train together.
Similar to Crossfit, CrossFit Kids will target strength, mobility and flexibility. Movements and exercises include; push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, kettle bell and barbell work of appropriate.
Saturday following our training week we will transform our Box into Incite’s Ninja Warrior Obstacle and have some fun! Afterwards we will have some dinner and watch a movie while mom and dad have a well earned date night!
All of the coaches who teach CrossFit Kids have taken the certification from required by CrossFit which insures they been trained to handle the proper form and movements of the kids in class setting.
